| I found these lizards during a trip
to Phoenix and Tucson June 1999. I was only there for 3 days and
most of my herping was done at night, in the hopes of also finding
snakes. The spiny lizards were found on the grounds of the Arizona-Sonora
Desert Museum. It had been a dream of mine to visit the
museum, and I highly recommend it to anyone with an interest in
the flora and fauna of America's deserts. |
