Laurie found this anole at 1020 CDT on September 26th, 2004 at Pinnacle Mountain near Little Rock.  It slowly climbed from near ground level to about 7 feet up into the oak tree, the leaves of which had already changed color for the fall.  This is the furthest north I've seen an anole in the wild.
